Pressure Vessels & Specialty Equipment
CAPABILITIES
Custom pressure vessel fabrication for complex industrial applications.
Alliance Fabricating engineers and manufactures pressure vessels and specialty process equipment for demanding industrial environments across North America.
From columns, towers and reactors to drums, separators and custom-fabricated assemblies, we support projects involving high pressures, elevated temperatures, corrosive process conditions and complex material requirements.
Our engineering, welding, machining and fabrication teams work together to address manufacturing challenges early, evaluate difficult specifications and deliver equipment that meets demanding design, quality and inspection requirements.
Pressure Vessel & Specialty Equipment Capabilities

Process Columns & Towers
Custom engineered and fabricated for process heating, cooling, condensing, vaporizing and heat-recovery applications.

Reactors & Process Vessels
Custom pressure equipment for chemical processing, elevated-temperature service and applications requiring specialized metallurgy or fabrication procedures.

Drums & Separators
Pressure vessels and separation equipment manufactured to customer specifications, with attention to internal configurations, pressure boundaries and inspection requirements.

Custom & Specialty Solutions
Nonstandard pressure-containing equipment and fabricated assemblies involving unusual geometry, dissimilar materials, corrosion-resistant construction or demanding operating conditions.
Experience in Difficult Metallurgy and Complex Fabrication
Pressure vessel fabrication becomes considerably more demanding when service conditions require high-alloy materials, corrosion-resistant construction, thick-wall components or specialized welding procedures.
Our experience includes carbon and stainless steels, chrome-moly alloys, high-nickel alloys, clad materials and corrosion-resistant weld overlays. We support these applications with in-house welding expertise, precision machining, weld procedure development and qualification, and post-weld heat treatment capabilities.
By bringing these disciplines together, we’re able to address material compatibility, joint design, weldability and manufacturing requirements before they become production problems.

Code-Compliant Manufacturing, Inspection and Testing
Our pressure equipment manufacturing is supported by established quality systems, qualified welding procedures and documented inspection and testing processes.
With ASME U, U2 and S authorizations, National Board R-stamp capabilities, and TSSA registration, we manufacture and service pressure equipment to applicable code and customer requirements.
In-house capabilities include nondestructive examination (NDE), positive material identification (PMI), hydrostatic testing, precision machining and weld inspection. Material traceability, inspection records and required manufacturing documentation are managed throughout the project.
