Engineered Precision
At Weber, advanced tooling design and high-capacity 5‑axis CNC machining are the backbone of every complex mold project. From digital model to metal master, we use fully integrated CAD/CAM systems and a fleet of precision machines to manufacture tools with the accuracy, texture, and performance your applications demands.

Seamless CAD-to-Tool Integration
Weber’s engineering team, boasting over 150 years of combined experience, works in industry-standard CAD platforms like Unigraphics NX, CATIA, and Solid Edge to develop tooling that’s optimized for performance and manufacturability. Every tool is designed, analyzed, and verified in-house before hitting the shop floor—ensuring tight revision control and seamless data flow.
World-Class 5‑Axis CNC Infrastructure
Ingersoll Master Series
5‑axis, 88,000 lb capacity, 236 × 137 × 39 in. work envelope
Deckel Maho DMU Centers
Multiple high-speed platforms—from 1,600×1,600 mm to compact 85 sizes
Kuraki Boring Mills, SNK Mills, Gundrills, and Tarus High-Speed Machines
for deep, precision features
On-site lifting gantries
Up to 40 tons for large, heavy workpieces
Master Model Technologies
Showface fidelity before tooling starts. Building Class-A surfaces begins with the right master model. Weber fabricates epoxy, silicon, or P20 steel master models with 5‑axis machining and advanced mastering processes—such as foil wrapping and laser engraving—to capture surface textures, seams, and logos at ±0.15 mm accuracy.

Why This Matters to You
Unmatched Detail & Accuracy – Tight tolerances and high resolutions ensure tooling parts remain true to design intent.
Speed Without Sacrifice – Digital integration means faster CNC programming, fewer revisions, and efficient turnarounds.
Scale with Repeatability – Large-format machining ensures consistency across multi-part tool sets and high-cavity molds.
Future-Proof Design – Built-in capability for complex undercuts, inserts, and hybrid tooling structures supports your most advanced mold requirements.
