The Alliance Fabricating Ltd. shop contains approximately 100,000 sq.ft of manufacturing space completely serviced by overhead cranes. Manufacturing space includes a machine shop and general fabrication area, plus blasting and painting area.

Main fabrication bay contains multiple heavy overhead cranes which provide a lift capacity of 100 tons with 35 ft under-hook. Heavier equipment is routinely handled using strategic manufacturing combined with cranes and jacks. Equipment over 300 tons, 15 ft diameter, and 150 ft in length has been manufactured in this facility.

Our machine shop is fully integrated with the main fabrication facility and includes CNC drilling, heavy-capacity CNC machining, CNC cutting, and automatic deburring enabling the efficient, accurate production of parts.

Core weld processes include SMAW, GTAW, and SAW in a variety of materials. Weld overlay is conducted with SMAW, SAW (wire and strip), and ESW. Internal Bore Welding (IBW) is used for specialized tube-tubesheet joints.
